Ranch Visits, Appointments & Payment Information

Thank you for your interest in the horses and ponies at Valley Horse Ranch. We look forward to helping you find a horse that fits your riding goals, lifestyle, experience, and expectations. Due to the level of interest in our horses, we receive a high volume of inquiries and requests for ranch visits.

Viewing Appointments

Ranch visits are available by appointment and are reserved for serious buyers. Because our horses can sell quickly, we recommend securing your preferred horse before scheduling your visit.

A 40% refundable deposit is required before an appointment can be confirmed. This deposit can be applied toward another available horse if you decide that your original selection is not the right match. If you visit the ranch and determine that the horse is not suitable for you, the deposit is fully refundable, subject to the terms of the sale agreement.

Payment Options

At Valley Horse Ranch, we offer several convenient payment options to make the purchasing process as straightforward as possible.

• Bank Wire Transfer: Our preferred payment method.
• Cash: Accepted for eligible purchases.
• Zelle or Venmo: Available for convenient electronic payments.
• Cryptocurrency: We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and USDC. Pay with cryptocurrency and get a 15% discount OFF.
• Personal Checks: Accepted, however, the horse will be held for up to two weeks while the check clears before pickup or transportation.
• Cashier’s Checks & Money Orders: Not accepted.

Once you have selected your horse or pony, we will provide a sale agreement for your review and signature. Bank wire transfer is preferred by many buyers because it is secure and efficient and allows us to move forward with preparation and transportation arrangements promptly.

Our Commitment

At Valley Horse Ranch, our goal is to help each buyer find a horse that is the right match. We understand that choosing a horse is an important decision, and we are committed to providing honest information and support throughout the process.

If a horse does not turn out to be the right fit, our 30-Day Guarantee provides eligible buyers with options for a refund or exchange, according to the terms of our guarantee and sale agreement. Our priority is to support a positive outcome for both the buyer and the horse.

Valley Horse Ranch is a private facility, and all visits are strictly by appointment. Please contact us in advance to discuss the horse you are interested in and schedule an available viewing time. This allows us to prepare for your visit and give you the attention you deserve.
